Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Canada, with shipping fees calculated according to your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on eligible orders of $500 or more before tax.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier tracking link, where available.
You can use this information to follow your shipment until delivery.

For hygiene and product safety, opened or used personal-care products are generally not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
